How Artifluence runs a florist week — without a marketing intern
Photograph the workroom, approve a post, keep the hours true, reply to the review. The week on the florists page, in order — including the quiet Tuesdays.

The week is the workroom, the same-day bouquet, the wedding Saturday already in the book, the evening someone types “florist near me”. Marketing is what gets dropped. That is why the florists page is written the way it is: arrangements posted when people order, the dates prepared before the queue, the networks where flowers are still searched with the eyes. This article is that week, in order, without inventing an intern. Including March.

Monday: the listing is still true
Phone, hours, the category. If Valentine’s extra hours are still sitting in March, take them down. If you close Monday, Maps should already say so. The listing is ten minutes if nothing moved, and an evening if you left it six months. What to do once, daily, weekly is the checklist. You do the once. The product can carry the week.
Monday is also the day you look at the neighbour. The report puts your card next to the florists Google already shows. It publishes nothing. Maps versus Mother’s Day is why the hours and the photographs are not the same job.
The morning photograph, the post when people order
You photograph the workroom — this week’s colour, a face if that is honest, not a stock rose. Artifluence writes. You cut the greeting-card sentence. It goes to Instagram, Pinterest, Google — the three we named. Not a press release. See posts between the big dates.
One update a week is enough. Wednesday for the weekly vase. Thursday for “open late Friday”. Two weeks before a date, last year’s work and the special hours — that clock is still get found before the day. Do not let the date eat every caption.
If you close when the cooler is empty, today’s hours have to move the same afternoon. A closed door and an open listing is the neighbour’s bouquet. Google lets you edit the day. Use it.
The photograph is not a second job if it is the one you already take for the bench. You do not need a new story every morning. You need one frame that is this week, not last Mother’s Day. If the only true picture is an empty cooler, skip the post and move the hours. That is still the week. It is the part most florists skip because the wrapping is still there.
Between the dates, pick the caption that is not a countdown. “Weekly bouquet, pickup Thursday.” “Closed Thursday morning, back at 14:00.” “Peonies in, until Friday.” The date weeks still belong to the calendar piece. The product drafts. You cut. It goes out while you are at the bench.
When a review lands
A draft in your voice. You read it in the workroom or after the last delivery. You send it the same day if you can. BrightLocal’s survey, a US panel not a street in Bordeaux, still says people notice a reply. Google’s own tips say to ask after a finished job, everyone, no filter. The wedding is the Monday after. The funeral is not a QR at the door. See reviews that win the wedding.
Élodie Charvet’s words are on the business page because she said them. We do not put them in every article as if they were a study.
We have not published a median time-to-reply for florists on this site. When we can, the month and the N will sit here.
What we do not run for you
A TikTok. A two-hundred-SKU shop you will not restock. A blog about the language of flowers. A second brand page. The evening after the last delivery is supposed to be shorter. If it is not, the product has failed that week, and you should walk away from the trial.
The site, if you have one, is for the brief that arrives in March. It is not the week. The catalogue is for advance orders. Maps is for the walk. Photographs stay on the listing if they are still this shop — your work, not stock roses. Networks stay Instagram, Pinterest, Google. If a fourth appears in the product, the florists page will say so. Until then, do not open a fifth app after the last delivery.
The week fails in the same three places every time: hours left over from a date, a caption that is only a countdown, a wedding review with no name on the reply. Fix those three and the rest is optional. We will not add a fourth ritual to look complete. If the trial still takes the evening, stop. The bench was the job.
Monday is enough if nothing moved. A weekly vase is enough if that is the week. A reply is enough if a review landed. You do not owe the calendar a countdown on a Tuesday in March.
