Who these terms are with
These terms are the agreement between you and ARTIFLUENCE, a SAS with a share capital of €10,500, registered at the RCS of Nantes under SIREN 993 049 659, whose registered office is 4 rue Marcel Carné, 44115 Basse-Goulaine, France.
They cover the public website on artifluence.com and the product on app.artifluence.com. The privacy policy explains the data. The legal notice names the publisher and the host.
By using the site you accept the parts that apply to visitors. By creating an account or starting a trial you accept the whole of it, including the subscription, the price and the commitment.
Artifluence is sold to professionals — artisans, shopkeepers, estate agents and other businesses. You confirm you are acting in the course of your business, not as a consumer.
What the product is
Artifluence is software that helps a local business write, publish and keep a Google listing in shape. Today that means:
- writing posts and visuals with AI, from the photographs and facts you give it;
- publishing and scheduling to Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest — those four, not others;
- reading and answering Google and Facebook reviews;
- keeping the Google listing complete (hours, photos, posts);
- a website and a portfolio, a brand kit, and a view of nearby competitors;
- a visibility audit you can run without an account.
If a page on this site or a conversation mentions a network we do not ship, it is a mistake. These terms follow the product, not the older marketing.
We may improve, replace or withdraw a feature. If we remove something you rely on, we will say so with reasonable notice.
The website
You may read the site, use the visibility check and share a page. You may not scrape it at a volume that gets in the way, copy the product to compete with us, or use it to break the law.
The audit score is an estimate from public listing data. It is not a promise that you will rank, and it does not change anything on Google.
Content on the blog and in the help centre is ours, or used with permission. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not republish an article as your own.
Accounts
The product lives on app.artifluence.com. One person creates the workspace. That person can invite a team. Owner, admin and member see different things; the owner is responsible for the workspace, the people in it, and the bill.
You must give a real email and keep the password to yourself. Tell us if you think the account has been used by someone else.
We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we cannot bill, or that puts other customers or the service at risk. If we close a paying workspace for a reason that is our fault, we will refund the unused part of the period you had paid for.
The trial
The trial lasts 14 days. No card is taken to start. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
During the trial you get the product as it is that week. We do not promise every feature on day one of a new workspace — connecting networks, for example, takes a few minutes of your time.
When the trial ends, the workspace waits for a subscription. We do not silently start billing.
Price and billing
The price is €79 per location per month, excluding tax. VAT is added at checkout. A VAT number is optional and, if you give one, is used for the invoice.
One Stripe subscription per workspace. The quantity is the number of locations you bill. Invoices are PDFs you can download in the product.
Payment is in euros, by the card (or other method Stripe offers) you attach. If a payment fails we will retry and we will tell you. If it keeps failing we may suspend the workspace until it is settled.
Prices on the pricing page are the prices in force for new subscriptions. A change for an existing workspace is announced with at least the notice below, and applies at the next renewal — not in the middle of a paid month.
The twelve-month commitment
The first paid year is a commitment of 12 months, counted from the first successful payment, for the workspace as a whole.
You can turn auto-renew off on a location whenever you like. You keep access until the commitment ends. Turning auto-renew off is not a mid-term cancellation and not a refund for the months still to run.
Auto-renew is per location (on, unless you switch it off). The commitment itself is per workspace. Stripe is told to stop only when every location is off, and only at the end of the commitment.
We ask for 30 days’ notice before a renewal. If you want the next year not to start, switch auto-renew off before that window. If you do not, the commitment renews for another 12 months at the price then in force.
Adding a location during a commitment adds it to the bill from that month. Removing a location stops charging it at the next renewal of that location; it does not shorten the workspace commitment.
Workspaces that were already customers before these terms existed may be billed under the arrangement they already had. Their screen in the product is the source of truth for that workspace.
Referrals
If you arrive with a referral code, the referred business gets 20% off for 3 months. The person who referred you receives 500 credits toward the gift shop, once the first invoice is actually paid. We may retire a code and issue a new one; a subscription already on the old code keeps those terms.
Credits are not cash, not transferable out of the product, and not a discount on the commitment itself unless we say so on the offer.
Your content, and ours
You keep the rights in the photographs, texts and facts you upload. You give us a licence to host them, transform them (resize, caption, translate, generate a variant) and publish them to the networks you connect, for as long as you use the product and for a short time after, so a deletion can finish.
You confirm you have the right to use what you upload — including photographs of people, premises and work — and that publishing it will not infringe someone else.
The product, the site, the name Artifluence, the interface and the models we call are ours or our licensors’. A subscription is a right to use them, not a transfer of those rights.
AI, reviews and what goes out under your name
The product drafts. You decide what is published, except where you have switched on an automatic action (for example auto-replies to reviews). In that case the product sends what you configured, in your name, to the connected account.
You are responsible for what is published. That includes AI drafts you accept, automatic replies you enabled, and any edit you make. Check them. Do not publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to post. We are not the publisher of your Google listing, your Facebook page or your Instagram.
Review replies are sent to Google or Facebook as you. We do not invent reviews and we do not ask you to.
Generated images and video can be wrong about a face, a room or a product. Do not publish a generated picture as a photograph of real work if it is not one.
Connected accounts
Connecting Google, Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest is optional, and you can disconnect. Those companies have their own terms. If they revoke access, we cannot publish there until you reconnect.
We are not responsible for a change those platforms make — an API they close, a listing they suspend, a review they remove.
Acceptable use
You will not use Artifluence to spam, to impersonate, to scrape other people’s data at scale, to attack the service, or to send content that is illegal in France or in the country of the shop you are publishing for.
You will not reverse-engineer the product except as the law allows, or resell access without a written agreement with us.
We may rate-limit, block or report an account that looks like abuse.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the product up. We do not promise a percentage. Planned work is announced when we can; incidents are handled as they happen.
Support answers within two working days, by a person, at contact@artifluence.com or from the product. That is a response, not a guarantee that the underlying platform (Google, Meta, Stripe) will have moved in those two days.
The visibility check, AI drafts and competitor figures depend on third parties. If one of them is down, that part of the product waits.
Ending the subscription
You end a location by turning auto-renew off and waiting until the commitment — or that location’s paid period — ends. You can export your content before you leave.
You can ask us to delete the workspace. Deletion removes the operational data we do not have to keep. Invoices stay for the legal retention period.
We may end the service as a whole with reasonable notice. If we do, a paid period you have not used is refunded.
Liability
Artifluence is a tool. Ranking, reviews, footfall and revenue depend on the shop, the street and the platforms — not on a subscription alone. We do not warrant a position in Google, a number of reviews, or a result from a generated post.
To the extent French law allows, our liability for a given workspace is limited to the amounts you paid us for that workspace in the twelve months before the claim, except for death or personal injury, fraud, or the liabilities the law will not let a professional contract exclude.
We are not liable for a platform outage, a listing Google suspends, content you chose to publish, or a loss of profit, data or opportunity that was not foreseeable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. A change that affects the price, the commitment or your rights as a subscriber is announced at least 30 days before it applies, in the product or by email. If you do not accept it, you can turn auto-renew off and leave at the end of the current commitment. Continuing to use the product after the date is acceptance of the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If a disagreement cannot be settled with us directly, the courts of Nantes have jurisdiction.
That does not take away a right you have under a mandatory rule that applies to you.
