Every review answered, in your voice
Every Google and Facebook review answered, in your voice
Reviews decide who gets called. Answering all of them, calmly, within the day is what separates a business people trust from one they scroll past — and it is the job that never fits in the day.
What you get
- Google and Facebook reviews in one inbox
- An agent that drafts replies in your brand's voice
- Rules for which ratings it answers on its own
- A reply language that follows the review, or one you fix
- Your reply rate, and how it is moving
- A link that asks happy customers for a review
What it will not do
It will not answer a bad review on its own
The agent publishes on its own only for the ratings you allowed it, and never for a review of three stars or fewer — those it drafts and leaves for you to read. It also answers any review at most once, ever, so connecting an account cannot fire off a hundred replies.
A customer on this part
Replying to every review used to eat my evenings. Artifluence drafts the answers, I read them over and approve in two minutes.

From the blog
- The review after the leakThey remember the wait, the mess, whether you came back. How a plumber asks, replies, and stays inside Google’s rules.
- Electrician reviews after the fuse boxThey remember the dark, the wait, whether the board was explained. How an electrician asks, replies, and stays inside Google’s rules.
- Reviews that bring people in — not a magic numberBeat the three shops on your street, steadily, with sentences. Not “20 to 50 reviews because Google supposedly said so”.
