Reviews before dinner, listings after — without a marketing intern

How Artifluence runs an independent agent’s week: replies drafted, a new mandate posted, the listing kept true. Not a second job after the last visit.

The week is visits, calls, the notary, the owner who changes their mind. Marketing is what gets dropped. That is why the estate agents page is written the way it is: reviews answered before dinner, listings seen after it. This article is that week, in order, without inventing an intern.

Run pnpm screens with the app's local stack up to capture it. A week of agent posts and replies in Artifluence.

Approve twice. The rest of the evening is the valuation.

Monday: the listing is still true

Phone, hours, the towns. If you took August off, the special hours should already be gone. If a mandate ended, its photographs should already be down. The listing is ten minutes if nothing moved, and an evening if you left it six months. What to do once, daily, weekly is the checklist. You do the once. The product can carry the week.

When a mandate lands

You photograph the street or the agreed façade. Artifluence writes. You cut the sentence that sounds like a portal. It goes to Google, Facebook, Instagram — the three we named. Not a press release. See posts that are not a dump.

When a review lands

A draft in your voice. You read it in the car or at the desk. You send it the same day if you can. BrightLocal’s survey, again a US panel, still says people notice a reply. Google’s own tips say to ask after a finished job, everyone, no filter. We will not quote a conversion rate we do not have.

Thomas Berger’s two minutes are on the business page because he said them. We do not put them in every article as if they were a study.

What we do not run for you

Portal republishing. A CRM. A valuation that is not yours. TikTok. A team page if there is no team. The evening after the last visit is supposed to be shorter. If it is not, the product has failed that week, and you should walk away from the trial.

The report is for the Saturday you want to see the agency on the corner next to you. It does not post.
