Estate agent photos: you, the street, the property
A face, a door the client can find, rooms only with consent. What belongs on an independent agent’s Google listing — and the stock lounge that does not.

The agency on the corner photographs the window. You often have no window. The listing still needs pictures a stranger can trust. Three kinds, in that order: you, the place they would meet you, the work if the owner said yes.

You first
A logo is not a person. Sellers pick an agent. A clear photograph of your face, outdoors or at the desk, beats a rendered kitchen you do not own. Cover photos that are stock interiors get the listing looked at as decoration. Google’s photo rules want the business, not a catalogue.
If you work alone, do not upload a “team” of models. The representation guidelines and the photo policy meet on that point.
The street and the door
If clients visit an office, the door, the intercom, the street sign. If they do not, a photograph of you on a street you actually work — not a skyline of a city you visit twice a year. The listing photos piece is the general rule. Here the rule is: a buyer should recognise the meeting.
The property, only with consent
A room you have the mandate to show. No occupants in dressing gowns. No children’s drawings unless the owner asked. When the mandate ends, take the pictures down. A sold façade without a house number is usually enough for a “sold this month” post; a letterbox is not.
Do not lift photographs from a portal, even your own listing on a portal, if the contract or the photographer says otherwise. The listing is yours. The photograph may not be.
What we do with them
You drop the files in. Artifluence can write the post. The listing still needs a human to decide which rooms are allowed on Google. We will not auto-publish a bedroom because the file was in the folder.
The estate agents page is where a real agent talks about evenings. This article is the photographs.
