One workshop, not a network: what Maps has to show
A bay, reviews, photographs of the lift. Not a multi-brand strategy. What makes someone call the neighbour instead of the dealer.

“Automotive” guides are written for groups: several brands, several listings, a head office that signs off. You have a lift, a sign, and people searching “oil change” or “MOT” the morning the light comes on.
Screenshot pending: local-seo
Run pnpm screens with the app's local stack up to capture it. A business listing in Artifluence.
What a garage listing has to say
Primary category: car repair, or inspection, or body shop — the job, one. Secondaries if you really do air-con, tyres, call-outs.
The name: the one above the door. Not “Martin Garage — Bosch Car Service expert south Lyon” if the sign is shorter. The name rules do not like a catalogue in the title.
Saturday hours. A phone that is answered while you are under a car — or a voicemail that says when to call back. An address people can find, the yard entrance visible in a photo.
Photographs: the lift, the reception, a car with consent, not stock rims. Photos.
Reviews do the quote
A stranger compares two workshops. They read the sentences about the wait, the price, “they explained it”. They read whether there is a reply under the 2-star. Replying is not a crisis. Not replying is.
Ask when you hand the keys back, the QR at reception, everyone, not only the ones who smile. Without filtering.
What we do not have
No garage testimonial on this site yet. The business page says so. No “20 km radius” to sell. No multi-brand promise. A kept listing, answered reviews.
The report compares what Maps knows about you with what it knows about the neighbour. It publishes nothing.
