Messages from your website

What customers write in your website's contact form arrives in your Inbox, and in your email.

Inbox is in Beta. A message is filed once, even if the visitor presses Send twice. The owner is told in the app and by email, and the email carries the message itself; anyone else in the team can switch this on in Settings → Notifications. Messages from your email and from Facebook Messenger will join Inbox later.

  1. Add a Contact form section to a page of your website, then publish it.

  2. Open Inbox, just under Dashboard, to read what came in. Archive what you have dealt with.

  3. To answer, press Reply in the email, or Reply by email in Inbox: your email app opens with the customer's address filled in.
